my driving day today. dd has theater. cable guy is coming to put in a couple of new lines and more laundry!

Up early... dh has his networking meeting. This is the first day in over a week that I'll actually have to myself. :) I've got to catch up on my house work, laundry... and run a few errands. I've cleaned everyone elses houses, but my own.... LOL It's not bad... but not as good as it usually is. :)

I was just perusing the real estate website for our area. I just love looking at the photo galleries of all the houses I can't afford. LOL

I need to pick up a little, scrub some chair rails and baseboards so dh can paint our foyer later and then food shop.

I haven't watched it for the last two seasons, but have seen the commercials. Why is he leaving? Is it the actor wanting to leave or the character being written out?

Afternoon ... already been out running errands now that is done am home to see what I WILL get straightened up .. lolol
This is Bill's short week so he will be home sometime tomorrow .. rite now is headed back to Clayton, so not sure when he shall be home tomorrow .. hmmm

anyways have some ufo's to finish .. and house work to get going on so am outta here a in few .. lolol

Nothing going on here today and I love it. I have laundry I could do, but of course if it's not piled up to the ceiling or creeping halfway across the floor at me I figure I can still ignore it. ;)

Home from work. Left in the middle of my day to attend a funeral. It was so incredibly sad.

This was the mother of a friend of dh's and mine that dh went to school with.
Her mother was only ill 2 weeks before she died. The heartwrenching thing is exactly 86 days ago to the hour, they buried the father. He died of Parkinson's disease. I feel so sad for the entire family.
The two brothers both gave the most beautiful, real, heartwarming eulogy's (sp?). I'm still just in a daze from the service.

Dd has scouts tonight and dh has a meeting at church. I guess I'll be home packing ornaments up.

Thursday here was fine. I feel like I never had a vacation. :bawling: I ended up taking down the tree and decorations last Saturday--earlier than ever. I think it was the least festive Christmas season since the year my mom died. No spirit around here. I think the weird weather (warm and green) added to the situation.....and I HATE snow. Hmmm.
Maye I'm turning into a grouchy old grinch. (Most folks here would agree with me on that! LOL)

I guess the actor wants out, he is going to be doing Theater in Chicago....sad though because I like his character allot, and the innuendo love affair between him and the brunette has been building and never really explored.
