Kids Pants vent

I got dd two new pairs of jeans, and well is it me or does anyone else feel like they are making the jeans in particular too darn long? I had to actually hem them because other wise she will be walking :walkin: on them...Funny too because dd is tall for her age, so who are they making these amazon tree length pants for?

Ds only wears shorts or warm up pants so I haven't had these issues with him...

i do think jeans are longer than usual... dd doesn't walk in hers but they do cover the majority of her foot/shoe.

Well the kids are fine, but I've noticed all the dress pants I buy are so long I have to wear heels with them.

LOL I always wear heals with them

you can go into the petite sizes and they are shorter.

On me it would. I just never even think to try the petites because I always say there's nothing petite about me!

My daughter's jeans are generally too long too.

It's so funny, I used to always complain about having to hem my pants. I am right in the middle of petite (too short) and regular (too long.) I went wedding dress shopping with my sil who is really tall. We had to find all the dresses that were long enough and pick from those. She has to buy a certain brand of jeans and can never put them in the dryer and pulls to stretch the legs as they are drying. I think I'll just be happy with hemming my pants... lol

ARGH!! All the dress pants I find that I like are too SHORT! I don't wear heels really, but I hate wondering if my pants are too short. I like Penney's and Kohl's because in some styles they carry tall sizes. I did get one pair from Christopher & Banks that were regular sized and long enough. That they were on sale was amazing!! LOL

I guess my legs must be longer because I've never had a problem with my jeans being too long, 8o but have had issues with a few of them being too short. I've never had to hem them...
