Thanks for the suggestions, Diane. I scratched the mac and cheese and just went with fruit, cheese/crackers, and little cold cut sandwich squares. Dill pickles were the biggest hit, followed by the fruit. Lots of effort, very little consumed - guess that's the way it is.
