How are you inserting these NEW graphics?

I noticed in Happy Birthday Amy post, diane had inserted a cute graphic, I have seen this before but HELP I want to have cute graphic inserted.

You need to find a site that has a link with "img" at the beginning and "/img" at the end and you copy and paste the link in your reply. Like this:

http://bestsmileys.com/valentine1/3.gif
