View Full Version : Whoo Hoo! MONDAY!
Its funny how much I like the beginning of the week now that I don't have to go to work and the kids and dh are at school/work. I am sure I am going to be estatic for the first couple of hours and then I won't know what to do with myself. LOL I definitely need to whip the house back into shape and go grocery shopping, so that will fill my day a bit. :rolleyes:

My van is in the shop so I am at home again today. Laundry and deep cleaning happening here today... whee?! lol

Started addressing envelopes for the wedding invitations last night. I got our side of the families done, now all I need to do is get the addresses from everyone else so I can get that side done. I can't wait until they're all out and I start getting the RSVP's back. Only 47 more day's before the wedding. 8o It seemed to suddenly come up so fast. :) (and I still haven't looked for/found my dress) :nervous:
I still don't know for sure if I'm going to have Sarah today. Dawn totally forgot to e-mail/call me last night to let me know. I'm halfway hoping not so I can work on and hopefully get these invitations all done... but then again, I love spending time with Sarah too. :) I already e-mailed her this morning so hopefully she'll get to me asap.
Gotta get to the grocery store to get some pop... ran out about 3 day's ago and it's driving me crazy not being able to have my Mountain Dew. 8o Been drinking a lot of water, which I know is better for me anyway... but I need to have at least one Mountain Dew a day. LOL Ton's of laundry to do, house to pick up... and that's about it for me today.

on pins and needles, will be glad when it's 9:30 and 4:00..ds will have left for school (his one class doesn't start till 9:15) and dd wll be home at 4.
ds was doing a bunch of homework yesterday, left a note on the computer 'do not close word' but the computer was turned off...uh, that closes word..gulp! don't know if he screwed himself or what.
plumber is coming today to check on my shower. gotta go to the grocery store for my class today.

I had the day off and ran my butt off this morning with a ton of errands. I got everything done. Now it's time to clean this mess of a house. An ad will go in the paper on Friday for the house, so I;m sure people will want to come look at it. We live in a very nice house and the rent is affordable for a lot of different ranks, so it might be rented pretty quickly. I might try and sneak in a nap, I'm tired.
Ann- can't wait to hear how the kids did today.

Amy, welcome back to the SAH crowd! Glad that assignment is behind you and hopefully any more will be less than dramatic. :)
It's pajama day at preschool today and it's cold outside! :( I've got my flannel pjs on, but it's still cold! Feels very weird going to work in my pajamas - sounds good, but feel weird.
Work tonight and laundry this afternoon. That's my day.
Ann, hope all goes well today for both kids!!!

No school for us today (inservice/teacher work day). I'm going in to school at about 8:30. Boys are staying home...dh is staying home...and hopefully they'll conquer the to-do list that I made for them. LOL

Kids are back to school. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be getting them up this morning. They did pretty good. Need to go to the grocery store at some point today, little bit of laundry and tidying up. Ds1 has basketball practice tonight. Hope you all have a good day :)

Work, home for homeowork check, dinner, and some quailty with the kids and dh...DD and I are still reading :read: the Little house books, or she is reading to me and dh and ds are listening..
We got the house whipped into shape yesterday, each of my dear sweet angels cleaned out their closet and got rid of things :roll: which was awesome, been having some low back pain and the entire family pitched in to clean, looks like Merry Maids was here :) I am almost caught up on the laundry, just the throw rugs need washing, which I will get to after work

Morning!
I slept in today.....It's great waking up and only being alittle stiff...not in major pain. I did wake up at 6 am and take a half of the muscle relaxer. I'm going to Physical therapy thursday.
Nothing else exciting here...dbf's car seems ok. they towed it off the snow and he drove around the parking lot and the lights went off...The tow guy said it's because none of the tires were making any real traction.
