It's bright and sony at the moment so I'm happy. Switched up my schedule with another girls so on tues thurs I go in @ 2:30....Naptime was just really stressing me out. Thursday I start Phys Therapy. But today is mine but I'll actually be able to get in @ the gym during adult swim....Yeah!

Gotta get on the treadmill today :rolleyes: I was so busy yesterday I never found the time to get on it. I'm just about done with all of the invitations... just have some questions about a few of the addresses. (Mrs./Miss... Ms.??) There's a gay couple on there too... didn't quite know how to address that one but I figured it out. LOL I can't wait for the RSVP's to start coming in. :)

I've got tons and tons of laundry to do. I can't remember the last time I was this far behind. I should probably bring my mom to the grocery store, but today is SO not a good day for that. My sister left to go back home this morning.... I'm so happy that she came down to visit with my mom, but I do wish she would have pitched in a little and actually HELPED. I kind of expected/counted on her to do some things with/for my mom, like take her to the grocery store... maybe clean/pick up around her house a little before she left? Hell... she didn't even strip the bed she was sleeping in or wash her sheets. I don't mind helping my mom when she needs it, but when someone else can/could do it, why don't they? You'd almost think I was an only child. LOL I swear... some people just don't think. ?(

Dawn and Sarah are suppose to come over, Dawn needs to finish printing out a few things for the invitations and they'll finally be all done. Then I can stuff all the envelopes and get them sent out. Postage is going to be a b!tch... :(

its a wonderful sun shining day here. already nice outside. went walking around the house this mornin with rascal. need to get back into that again. was up to 3 rounds around .. lolol now need to work back to 3 rounds .. lol

need to get laundry done here too this am; want to start a new craft item this afternoon. Finally finished the comforter for the bed yeahhhh ... so now need to get a swap done that was suppose be done about 2 weeks ago.
I have a cross stitch item I need to start. hmmm
dang I still have lots to do .. lolololol
but want to go back outside for another round before I settle into something inside the house ...
ohhhhh I lost 6 lbs with this mess .. lololololol now if I can just loose 7 more I will finally be under 200 .. yeahh .. am sooo thrilled about that .. yesssss

I have an OB appt this afternoon. I'm really hoping that she doesn't haven't a problem with inducing me before next week and the hospital isn't too busy for it to happen. I can't see her not doing it when I tell her why. This risk of him getting the infection if my water breaks has me so stressed out I'm losing sleep. Dh took a look at my belly this morning and said that I'm so low now that ds4 is going to have to swim up to swim out. LOL I am very low, seems lower than yesterday. I'm excited, have the bag ready for the hospital. :tinysmile
No other plans today, hopefully I will have time to come home and get ds1 before going to the grocery store before getting the others. We'll see if there is a wait time in the docs office. Not something I am used to, one day I sat for nearly an hour she was so far behind. My GP is never late like that. I'll check in later and let you all know what she said. Working. Not much else new. I'm trying to go without washing my hair every single day, but I just can't stand how it feels, lol...even though it looks fine, it feels icky. Up and showered, we are running about an hour late this morning as I have a doctors appt at 10:30 am so I am home this morning. Kids thought I forgot to wake them....It's my yearly exam and I have had some other things going on so not really looking forward to this appt. :( if you could say a small prayer for me.....sometimes getting older stinks.

Then off to work.

Dh went and saw the 300 yesterday at an IMAX theater...he said it was awesome and for the ladies most of the men were HARD BODIES, but he also said it was pretty bloody, so I am really glad I passed, not my kind of movie.
I was glad he had a buddy at work to go with...ds really wanted to see it but dh said he was going to check it out first, glad he did.

I need a few things at the grocery store, but I might but that off until Thursday when dh is home early. ;) sometimes he will take the list and go for me.

it went fine. they work in groups and it's a little crazy. we are going to make lavosh bread and pretzels thursday. that way we will all be doing the same thing at the same time. think that might help.

dh just called. He was looking through the obituaries this morning and saw that the mom of some old friends of his passed away... so were going to go to her visitation tonight. It doesn't start until 4:00 so I'm hoping to get there shortly after.

Idol tonight..... will be interesting to see how they all do. Hopefully Sanjaya will show us that he can sing much better than he has been. :rolleyes:

I can't speak for Vea, but I know in my own case there are days when it's more work to have naptime than to just let them play. A lot depends on the combinations of kids. Some kids just will not sit/lay still for anything.

Some naptimes I really wish we had babies and toddlers that all fell asleep. I can't remember the last time EVERY child fell asleep at naptime. LOL

Cloudy cool day. I so need some sun. I'm so tired! These 5 AM mornings are taking a toll on this ole lady!

We've been busy lately. The nicer weather has been good for getting the kids outside. But we still have some that want to stay inside ?(

We are having parent appreciation week at preschool so parents are visiting all week. It's fun except the kids get so excited it's hard to calm them down.

Kids Fair this weekend. We're doing erupting volcanoes. Baking soda and vinegar in a pop bottle. Should be interesting.

Ugh, feeling overwhelmed here!!
Getting all sorts of info thrown at me from all of dd's activities.

Signing up for dance camp, church camp, getting dates for girl scout camping trips, all the golf lesson dates & times, girls golf dates & times not to mention the extra chorus rehearsals and field trips leading up to the Fesitval of Arts thingy in April. And her music teacher wants to take the DRUM team on a field trip and asked me to drive/chaperone, so that's up in the air at this point.

Just got emails from her girl scout troop leader (who is really ill with what I am assuming is asthma) and dd has to do workbook pages AND hand in a typewritten 'article' for a mock teen magazine they are putting together. And.... they are meeting 3 times this month which is unusual, so it's always scout something this time of year.

Feelin' a bit behind already!!

And her middle school class schedule came home today. She's been recommended for all honors classes and we have to sign off on those as well as make a final decision between band, orchestra or chorus as her elective. :tearhair:

Ooohh yeah. When she got in the car today she goes "Hey mom, when I was walking to the cafeteria to be picked up "so and so" said, "Bye ___!".
me: okaayyy, and....
her: "Mom, NO ONE in 5th grade says "bye", esp. not a BOY!"

So as it happens, it's the boy she liked for a while who liked her, who asked her out, who got turned down b/c dh and I don't allow boyfriends at this age. But if she were allowed to have one, HE'D be one we'd pick!
I'd like to get them together with us moms, but am not sure how to arrange that out of the blue.
He's on the drum team with her but they are on "hiatus" at the moment and he's not in the special chours she's in at the moment.... can't figure out a cool way to get together.

Can you tell I've had a diet Dr. Pepper and can't go to bed yet???!! Huh, huh, canya, canya??? :yippee:

I really loved nap time when I had 12 day care kids... :) Those who didn't nap watched a movie... :) If not for that time, I don't think I would have made it through most day's. :)
