latest weather report has the bad weather coming thru tonite and tomorrow am...if this front stalls any, the weather will be bad tomorrow night...PRAY THAT THIS SUCKER KEEPS MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!!
i made the mistake of mentioning the weather to dd and the drama and tears and my party is ruined ensued!!!! lordy, i may not survive this party!
fixed a great dinner last night but it didn't sit well with me. panicked that i had poisoned the family! i ended up asleep at 9!
teach cooking this am, then the interantional market for fruit. gotta clean poor bob's tank today too.
started putting together some of the decorations yesterday, playing with the table and it's going to look good.
Ann, here's hoping your weather is great tomorrow and the storm moves on through.
Working. Tonight is the year-end banquet for all the residence life staff so my co-worker and I will be attending that...it's always great to see the staff who've worked so hard all year long keeping the residents in line and running awesome programs, get their well deserved moment of recognition. They always run a great slide show of pictures taken throughout the year too. I just love this time of year :) !

All you need is DRAMA about the weather, cuz we all know you control it ;)
TGIF, picking up a co worker who's car is in the shop...no practice speech today since I will have company....meeting it at 8:00 am.... :nervous:
Have an appointment for pampering this evening at 6:00 pm...nails/feet.
It's been a while....I am so looking forward to it.

It's cooler and raining here and is suppose to continue on through tomorrow. :( Sarah's getting dropped off at 10:00 and it looks like we'll be staying in the house to play today. It was so nice being able to bring her outside to play last week. I might take her to Menards (they have a little play area for kids) just to kill some time doing something different than what I have here. That and maybe there will be some other kids her age there for her to play with. Don't want to take her to McDonalds playland... way too many kids for my comfort. :rolleyes:
Dh and my night out to ourselves tonight... a trip to WalMart and then back home to enjoy each other's company for the rest of the evening. Am planning on getting to bed early tonight as I feel a cold coming on. :rolleyes:

Nothing big...planned today....so tempted to stay hom today...LOL..my back is killing me ..and dbf to a vacation day.
Oh well nothing exciting here...hope ya all survive that nasty weather.

Change in plans... Shelly just called and Sarah, her and I are going out for lunch, then stopping over at Kohl's to look at/for some good makeup. At least it will get us out of the house for a little while.

Today holds feeding a baby, changing a baby and trying to make a baby understand that it is daytime and time to stay awake now instead of tonight! LOL
Sunny here, would love a walk. Dh is going to go pick up my glider today, need one. I think he plans on getting the kids bikes out later, they are going to be so thrilled!
Had ds4 and I at the doc last night. He is doing great. He is up past his birth weight now. :) Sending me for an ultrasound and bloodwork to be on the safe side. She put stat so not sure if that will happen by Monday or not.
Diane, I have always hated the McDonalds playland. I always avoid them.

'Nother trip to Tucson today. :( Can ya'll please pray for my mom? She had steroid injections in her knee in hopes that it would take care of the pain (small tear in the meniscus and arthritis). Well, it only helped for a few days, she's back to the same level of pain and she's having a reaction to the steriod. :( Her bp skyrocketed and now her pulse rate has jumped up. She's going back to see her doc, so hopefully there will be some reassurance there. The steriods have wreaked havoc with her emotions to boot, so that doesn't help.
Nothing much else today, except a school concert tonight.

Sorry to read about your mom, I hope it gets all straightened out soon and she's feeling better. Enjoy the concert.
