cooking today. we are making omlettes and french toast.
it's been real frustrating lately cause things are taking too much time, or the oven isn't cooking right, so the kids haven't really gotten to eat. lots of gritching and 'can't we just make s'mores?'. uh, this is a cooking class.
i was SO tempted today to bring in a bag of oreos and say 'for those who signed up to eat, there are some cookies in the back' but I didn't.
hopefully this class will go smoothly.
more laundry, cleaning..the usual.

How many classes do you have left to teach, Ann? I hope today goes well and everything gets done in time so they can eat. ;)
Not a whole lot going on today. It's suppose to rain/snow... with the end results leaving us with anywhere between 3 and 6 inches of snow. :rolleyes: NOT looking forward to that, especially since we've already been spoiled with a few 70 and 80 degree day's. Ugh... :rolleyes:
Going to pick my mom up this morning to take her to the grocery store, then back home to get at my house. The floors need vacuuming and scrubbing... bathroom needs cleaning. I'm going to try to change the furniture around in the living room. (I love changing furniture around... LOL) Not much else.

Diane, I'd love someone who's never been to my house to come re-arrange my furniture...see if they'd choose a different lay-out that I have, lol.
Working. The sun is shining right now but we're expecting rain at some point.
Ann-Good luck today, sorry its been so frustrating....I'm sure your doing a fantastic job.
Work, home for dinner and maybe an after dinner stroll with the kids and the pooch and dh...So nice out now and the sun is staying around longer so we might as well use the time for some outdoor activity.
Got a letter from my Insurance stated that my Doctor will no longer be accepting my insurance, which so bummed me out, as I like my doctor and was planning on a visit for my shoulder...so I called the doctors office, and they are unaware of their office NOT accepting my insurance any longer, so I have been placed on a list to call when they find out what is going on, I was not the only call they got today..:lol: ARGH...

Still feeling yucky...today is my short day...They asked me if I could come in at my normal time so they go have a meeting...they can doit even if i'm not there to cover so I said I didn't think so...I felt like I wasn't sure I'd even be in today.
You know I just realized I get sick every year at easter and thanksgiving. Must be the weather changes.
Not much other then that here.

you would think. :rolleyes: two recipes that take 20 minutes each, done almost concurrently and we ran out of time!!!!
i am so over this class. the coordinator knows they have not been very cooperative and told me to give them a pop quiz..so Thursday they are! LOL
3 more classes!

that is not unusual when a doctor's or hospital's contract comes up for renegotiation. the insurance will try to raise their rates, they say no, the insurance company threatens to drop them as a blackmail tool. :rolleyes:

unexpected day off for me. dd was sick sick with allergies so i called in sub and made a dr's. appt. for her. i'm getting laundry done and be in good shape for my REAL day off tomorrow!

YEAH...I got a call today from the Doctors Office, The insurance company made an error, I get to keep my Physican...YIPPEE :happydnc: (Its hard to find one your really like)
I was so thrilled to get that call.
Work was good, got a lot done, which is always nice :)
Home for some Hammer Time...dd and I got some laundry done, and even hit the supermarket, (that counts as walk right?) :walkin: :walkin: :walkin:
Had a nice dinner, lots of talking and laughing...dh is filing the taxes as we speak and I got most of everything else crossed off my list, we have one more taks and we are done.....I love to do list that are shared...:lol:....dd is watching Idol and I am reluctantly listening...like Chris so far....
