I'm here and there's too much to catch up on at the moment. See a lot of prayers are needed and that Karla is back! :) Hope every one's doing OK. We're almost done unpacking and I'll be back soon.

Thanks, sista for typing that out for me. We've got about 5 inches with a few more forecast by tomorrow. Our Easter Vigil tonight starts outside!!!!! Should be fun in the piles of snow. :bawling:

Going to mil's for the Holiday meal today. Sil and family are in from Maine, so it's a day early. (Yup, this means I'll be cooking tomorrow... :rolleyes: ) But all of my girls will be here, and I WILL survive the stress of the weird family dynamic that is my life.

The weather here is okay... at least the sun is out and it's not raining. The wind has been just awful lately. :( If it weren't for the wind it would probably be pretty nice. :) I think it's suppose to be the same tomorrow for Easter, not the best weather... but at least were not getting snow.

Dh's installing the new toilet today and will hopefully be getting the vanity/sink in... I'm also hoping that by the end of the day the new shower enclosure will be up. Not too much more to do. I'm so wishing we had done this years and years ago... (it's needed it ever since we moved in) Hoping to get to SAM's today, and I'll probably end up having to go back to WalMart some time this morning too. I bought the wrong kind of ribbon that I've been using for the bells :rolleyes: so I need to return it and get the right stuff. I'm hoping to finish those up by the end of the day today too.

My step grandfathers wife passed away yesterday and my mom/sister has been trying to convince me to go with them (out of town) for the funeral on Monday... but I'm not going. I never cared a whole lot for my sg (had some issues with him) and I (or my mom/sister) had never met his new wife. I take care of Sarah on Monday's anyway and didn't want to leave them without someone to watch her. I'll probably end up with my mom's dog for the day though. LOL

Good morning everyone! I am sitting here enjoying a brownie and a cup of coffee (very rare for me). I am going to clean house today if it kills me, so that tomorrow I can RELAX. I can't wait for the Easter Bunny. We are leaving out carrots and dip tonight. I know ds is too young to realize anything now, but I have been waiting forever to celebrate the holidays with my child so I guess this is more for me. I am sure he will enjoy it when he gets older. Of course we won't forget to teach him the true meaning of the holidays too.

Ds just got up, and he is in the floor playing. I can't believe he is almost 8 months old. He has gotten so big, and you can't even tell he was a preemie. He has been trying to crawl for a while, but the last few days, he gets up on his knees and rocks, then he gets mad that he can't go anywhere. LOL!

He finally learned how to go forward in his walker, but most of the time he still goes backward.

He is also finally getting hair. He has to be moving 24/7. He even moves in his sleep, so he isn't much of a cuddler, but he has been sick lately and really clingy to mommy and daddy. That would have been nice if it wasn't because he was sick. He sleeps through the night now too, which is nice. Sometimes I have to get up and put his pacifier back in, but that is okay. Every now and again I will take him out when I go to do that and rock him back to sleep just to have cuddle time. (Does that make me bad or what?)

Oh yeah, we finally got his room done. If I can figure out how to do it, I will post some pics here for ya'll.

Sorry I turned this into a ds update, but really he does consume my life now, so that is what my days consist of....lol!

OMG... I can't believe he's already 8 months old! It seems just like yesterday you announced that you were pregnant. LOL He sounds like he's keeping you pretty busy... :) Enjoy each and every cuddle time you can with him... those are what I miss the most about my dd's not being little anymore. I still get plenty of hugs... but there was always something special about sitting in the rocking chair holding/rocking your little one as they slept. I always loved listening to them make all those cute little baby noises they make while they're sleeping. :) Thanks for the update. :)

Isn't it wonderful to have this network of ladies who can and do pray for us when we need it. I, for one, am so grateful that I can vent here and have sympathetic ears to listen and offer prayer on my behalf. Thanks ladies.

Morning all......sad morning around here my MIL isn't doing well, SIL from Iowa is in CNY and called early this morning to say they think the end is near, I feel so badly for dh and his siblings, I also feel numb, I don't know what to say or do for dh.

I can't believe Easter is Tomorrow :bunny: and Spring break all next week.
I hit the supermarket late last night, got all my cupboards filled :)
Light housework today and maybe a little garage cleaning. I am taking it easy though I can't wait to get to the doctor Monday. (omg yes I really said that) My shoulder feels seems to be on the mend, alternating Ice and heat, but the enternal stuff is just down right scary.

I'm glad your shoulder is feeling better Renee... take it easy and don't overdo it cleaning the garage. That mess will still be there for you to clean in a few weeks after your shoulder is feeling better. Monday will be here before you know it. Continued prayers coming your way...

cute! i'd pop lollipop sticks in them and stand 'em up in a basket full of grass
i did iced sugar cookies like that for the girls at work today. :licklips:
