cooking class (only one more after this!) hopefully it will be good cause we are doing what the whiners wants..making migas (also oven baked bacon)
gotta come home and wash my kitchen floor and do laundry.
Good Morning! The sun is shining (at least for now), so I am motivated to get moving today. It is not a good thing to have really bad weather and a lot of Easter candy in the house at the same time. LOL

Good morning... I am sititng here with ds trying to start him on finger foods. He isn't really motivated to pick up the food and put it in his mouth. Any of you veterans have any suggestions for that? I am trying him on those fruit puffs that dissolve in your mouth.
I didn't get the puter room cleaned yesterday, nor did I get my bedroom done. I didn't get the laundry finished either, so that is my goal again today.

Good morning. The sun is shining here too. Love it, but it's still cold. Apparently we're to get freezing rain by tomorrow. It is supposed to warm up for Fri./Sat., but then turn cold again...grrrr...I want spring, darnit!
Working. Getting some dark lo-lights put in my hair after work.

The sun is shining... it's "looking" nice, but it's not. It's cold... plus, were suppose to get more snow. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: At first they said we were suppose to get anywhere between 8 and 10 inches... now were only suppose to get an inch or two. They said that if we do get it, it probably won't stick around very long because the ground is no longer frozen... so, hopefully it won't. I'm sooo sick of winter and this rotten cold/windy weather... I just want it to be nice again.
I didn't get a thing done that I wanted to yesterday... I ended up with company all day. When I first started with my cleaning the neighbor across the street popped in so I made some coffee and we sat and visited for about an hour. Shortly after she left Dd #2 stopped in. She had an alterations appointment with a lady who lives a few blocks away (she's done the alterations for all the girls' weddings) so she topped over when she was done. She didn't leave until 5:00. Dd #3 stopped over after school to take a test on our computer... she stayed a few hours and left. I'm hoping I'll get done today what I didn't get to yesterday. :)

Still dark here, gotta get this kids ready, they are swimming today...they had a blast yesterday so that is good, they told me all sorts of fun stories....
I have to go for my blood test today, going to work first and head over to the lab around 10:00 AM as to miss the rush of early birds....then off to have my shoulder x-rayed....what fun :) The pain medicine worked ok, didn't knock me out though, I was up three of four times during the night :rolleyes: I can't take anything until I have the blood drawn since I am fasting.... :goofy: No Coffee either :(
Work, boss is back from vacation today, so I should be plenty busy there today. :lol:
Home for dinner and tv with the family....

we have this discussion every time i mention the word migas! LOL mexican scrambled eggs wrapped in tortillas.
well, ended up kicking the obnoxious boys out of the class today. a bunch of kids started bitching about what we were cooking and i said 'that's it, i am sick and tired of this. if you don't want to be in this class, leave'. that shut up the girls but the 4 troublemakers left. i told the teacher in charge and the asst principal. they are getting lunch detention. and the class was so pleasant. i asked the kids if we should let them back for the final class and they said no..so they are out!

Ok can I just say how lazy I am today....I'm going to have to call the doctor....I just can't shake the symptoms.....It's probably allergies but it's annoying.
I'm going up too see my friend this weekend....hopefully it won't be too emotional ...she;s losing job at end of year and this is her last play to direct at the school. She's so devistated by it.

Ugh... :rolleyes: Sorry to hear they were obnoxious again today, Ann. I'm glad you booted them out. It will be interesting to see how hard they try to get back into the final class. :)

I hear ya!! :nervous: I almost think I am better off just eating it ALL and getting it out of here vs spreading it out all week...does that rationale sound at all convincing? :goofy: ;)

Dd slept in until 10:15 today. :yippee: I cannot remember the last time she did that! We're gonna head out in a bit to run some errands and then I am going to try to get the final painting touch ups done in her room today. Dh and the boys are going to the Twins vs Yankees game right afterschool with 2 other dads and their boys - all friends - so that should be fun for them.
Snow is in our forecast for tonight! Ack! Guess it's actually okay since I know it won't last and I am FAR from prepared for shorts weather!! :nervous: :rolleyes:
Getting ready to go to bed soon. Busy day at work. Home for dinner and then out to run errands. We're going out of town Thursday and it seems like there is a lot to do before we go.

Yikes about the boys, but good for you standing your ground and kicking their butts out....
I saw too many doctors today (see Renee post if interested in that)
I rushed home, made dinner, and spent a wonderful hour or so just talking with my family, we looked at my X-ray of m shoulder, weird stuff man...it started a long conversation ranging from Renaissance fairs to "Pageant of the Masters" and other fun things to do on weekends....it was wonderful.
Watched the news and then American Idol...not sure why I keep watching it :rolleyes:
