I guess I will start the morning thread since it is 4:25, and I can't sleep. I have tossed and turned all night, so I finally got up.
Yesterday at work went great. I do hope I get a different teacher to shadow today, so they can explain the student's notebooks to me a little better. The teacher I shadowed yesterday was fairly new herself, so she was just figuring things out. If I don't get a different teacher, then I am going to have to stay after and ask one of the leaders to explain it to me.

Working. It's miserable weather outside again today...no wonder I'm in a 'fightin' mood :nahnah:
on my neighbor's lap top..very strange, feel like i am on a kids toy! LOL
still in shock about yesterday, but now i am starting to get ticked at the media!
not sure what today hold, depends on the #@$#$$%%%#@ light company.
Dh is going to be home with me again today. :nervous: I finally get rid of the kids and now I have "big kid" looking at me with amourous eyes. :nervous: :nervous: Maybe if I stay in my jammies, don't shower and don't make eye contact with him I will be safe. ROFL
Back to work for me, not sure what the day holds.
Still shocked at the Virinia Tech thing too...What a scary and tragic event.
Ann-I actually haven't watched the news since late yesterday afternoon because it was making me sick to my stomach....what has gone on with the media, or do I want to know. :rolleyes:

dh talked to the light company and we 'are on the schedule for today'
i hate utility companies!!!!
ya'll know we have rental property. we are selling one and in the course of the inspections some electrical work showed up that needed to be done. we had to call the light company to do a disconnect, they kept not doing it. we would call and they would say 'well, the order is in there' we would call back. this has been going on for 3 weeks. Sunday we call AGAIN to make sure that it's going to truly get disconnected on Monday. 'yes, ma'am its on the schedule.' well, ya'll can see where this is going...they came to disconnect our electricity!!!! guy rings my doorbell at about 2:30 to tell me. i say NO, WRONG HOUSE!!! he says well it's on my orders to disconnect, you have till 5 to get this worked out. call dh, he gets it all worked out around 3:30 and gives me a confirmation number to give the guy IF he should come back. at 4:45 our power cuts off. i go running out to the guy with the number saying no, no.. here's the number. the guy says the number doesn't mean anything, it has to be on my computer and it usually takes 2 hours for it to hit my computer.
WHAT THE F??????????? i just lost it.
thank god for wonderful neighbors!!!!
Ann, sorry your going through this...what a mess...Hope they get things straightend out soon....

Well, I am back in again, YEAHHH ?? hmmm
Have NO idea what happened, but it wouldn't let me in here. But it has allowed me back in since Saturday; but only today have been able to really sat and post.
It sun shining and breezy out. Suppose to only hit about 60+ today.
Am working on a cross stitch pattern. Hope to get it done this week, if my hands allow it.
Diabetes is driving me nuts. Now they say the cholestrol is outta whack, and they upped my thyroid ... grrrrrr
Anyways otherwise its a GREAT day !!! Rite?? hmmm
Ann : I dont' like the utilities either, but at the moment dont' like satelite either .. grrrrr .. Hope things get fixed really fast for ya..

I was able to BEG an appointment yesterday from the pt place :yippee: because I was in so much pain. The pt who is leaving Friday told them to schedule me for two more sessions this week and that means that I am no longer on the two month waiting list, but am an established patient! :yippee: I'm sore as all heck today though, lol. It's worth it!

Pam: me toooo I hope it is stablized before tooo long. I know it all takes time. I know they have to run their test. I know they have to wait for the results to come back. BUT I ALSO KNOW THAT ::: I DONT' BELIEVE IT WAS THE SUGAR THAT MUCH !!!!!!!
I believe that on some days we all have our sugar go up beyond normal; and that if you haven't ate correctly that day it goes up even more!!! And if ya put a couple of bottles of juice in ya its going to go even more !!! grrrrr
but I think that they DONT' know what it is. And are grasping at straws.
But I dont' want my system anymore screwed up etiher ... grrrr ..

Life has been hectic for me to say the least. I think I popped in for a few minutes on Sunday. Saw a lot of you needed some prayers and good thoughts. We were out of town from Spring Break for 4 days. Then home to unpack from the trip, get laundry going and get ready for bed. The yesterday was work, softball practice for dd, grocery shopping, home to make dinner, clean up a few things and pass out about 10. Up this morning to start it all over again. I think in the next week or so life should calm down to a dull roar. We just need to get into a routine and I need to get some stuff in the house cleaned up. Still haven't completely finished the computer room. :rolleyes:

I just can't believe all that! My very good friend's niece lives on the first floor of the building where the first shooting occured. She has a cousin that works there too. The niece said that the shooter was getting back at a girlfriend and shot his (ex?) girlfriend and her RA first.

Lazy yucky day around here...went to allergist and dollar store then home picked up dbf and went out to lunch.....nothing else going on....hoping tomorrow is nicer.

Absolutely beautiful here today. A little cool/breezy... but the sun is out and it feels wonderful. The neighbor's invited us over for a bon fire tonight but tv is good... so may opt out. I missed an hour of Dancing with the Star's (but recorded it) last night because I was out yapping with some of the neighbor's... LOL It's so nice seeing them all outside again after us all being stuck in the house all winter. I can't believe how big their kids got over the winter. LOL
I picked my mom up and went to some shoe stores today... she got a pair and I didn't. :biglaugh: Every time we've gone this time she's gotten her stuff first... guess I need to worry more about myself than her. I think I'm going to get some fabric paint and spray my own shoes the color I need. I've already got the shoes so... just have to buy the paint and spray them. :) I've also got to make an appointment to get my hair highlighted... Ugh... suddenly there just seems to be so much to do. LOL Not much else... Hope you're all having a great day.

LOL me neither. But one of our good friends, dh says he can't stand it when his wife doesn't shave her legs. He says it is a total turn off. I just added the unshaved pits in there as an added bonus. :goofy:

No haven't moved only finely updated my profile, I have been here now for almost 2 yrs. We bought here since we decided that we mite as wll own instead of renting anymore. And it did NOT seem as this war thingy was going to go away .. or atleast not anytime soon anyways ...
We are just outside of fayetteville now. Have a "Manufactured Home" (nice way of saying we live in a mobile home .. lolol :goofy: ) It sits on almost 2 acres.
And I am still attempting to unpack and organize the place tooo ... lol hmmmm Will be glad when I can get back into most of my crafting for sure.
And yes I was going to do Star Wars nite while doing the x-st; but that was interrupted .. I ended up over some friends house instead and got myself into trouble .. got an ear full alllll the way home .. lolol :rolleyes: :goofy:
And I will get another ear full this evening also from a couple of lady friends tooo .. lolol hmmm bad girl bad girl .. lolololol
