Height and Weight Chart

Ok How do you determine your frame size S M L
Ds and I were checking out these Height and Weight charts....it got me to thinking.... if you say you have a large frame, then you will have less to loose.......LOL. So how do you tell?

I just thought that this was a strange.

I don't usually follow these charts, because I know the weight I feel best at.
But ds was wanting to know the NORM

i was told it was buy wrist measurements. if you can totally wrap your hand around your wrist, you have a small frame. if you fingers just touch, you have med. and if they don't touch at all, you have a large frame.
but that's also why they say to go by BMI and not height and weight charts.
