My dh and dd's have been watching it, I seen a little on Sunday night but just couldn't watch the bit with the rats, don't think I would have been able to watch the worm one that dh told me about either.

I missed it last week and saw it last night. Yikes! I can't believe what people are willing to do for $$!!! It's not like they do one thing and get the $50,000 - they have to do three things! I could never do it! :nervous: The worm thing had me completely grossed out! Ugh! Of course my curiousity kept me watching though! LOL!

We saw the second one with the truck jumping, worms and bullseye thingy.

Dh thought they must of rigged it for that vegetarian chef (the girl) to jump from one truck to the other. The footage didn't really show her close up during the jump.

I don't think I could do any of them! LOL

Saw them both but had to walk out on the rat bit...too much for me. The worms were pretty disgusting too.

Basically the same as the rats. They had to lay in a glass box and have the worms (more like some type of creepy caterpiller - not the soft fuzzy kind) crawl all over them for four minutes. What really got me was when they handed them the ear plugs and said "We are giving you these to put in your ears so the worms don't crawl in and lay eggs in there" OOOOOHHHH Yucky!

Did you hear them say that the worms were biting and that it was actually quite painful? Was that true or were they just saying it to freak out the girl? :nervous: Either way I couldn't have done it!!

How many worms are you talking about... a few or a LOT??? I'm not afraid of worms... but it would be different if they bit. Four minutes really doesn't sound like a lot of time. NO WAY with the rats though, not even for a second... Ugh!!!

buckets full of worms Diane....it was really yucky....as for the biting Karla....not sure, but I did notice that these worms had pinchers on thier faces, so maybe they pinch...just gross...I thought...the first show was way harder...the second did seemed kinda riged...in my opinion...no way could I have crawled up on the car in the first show.....I would have had a hard time being lifted that high off the ground to begin with....interesting premis though...

Diane - They were covered in worms - it was SOOO gross. Ugh! And, somehow the four minutes seemed to take forever!!!! :grimace:

Renee - I missed the first show, but this one did seem a little rigged - dh even said so, especially the semi jumping. Of course I'll still watch though. :lol:

It was gross and I can honestly say I wanted to smack one of the contestants and was really hoping s/he would fall off the building!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't she unreal? I couldn't believe how rude she was and the outcome!! Also, couldn't believe they all ate the beetles. I couldn't do it - big :chicken: here! LOL

I didn't watch any of the Survivor shows, but I caught this one at the gym tonight. It made me stay on the treadmill longer! I thought the first stunt was pretty good and worth watching ( jet ski to helicopter), but then I saw the beetle thing, and, although I watched, thought it was completely disgusting. I could never do it. I'd be satisfied if the show just had the athletic, daring things. The disgusting factor wouldn't make me watch it any more than the other events.

I watched it for the first time last night. For some reason, I thought every show would have the same people, but that isn't the case? I thought it was good, neat stuff they had to do, but could have done without the bowling for beatles. That was too much. I would have walked away right then no matter how much money they offered me. I will tune in again though.

UUUggghhh BEETLES!!!! That was disgusting.
I agree about that one woman being so rude and full of herself. I would have like to give her a swift kick off that roof without a safety cord. Of course they all want to win, but there is a diference between ribbing someone on and being a plain egotistical *&#%%#!!!
