I am also 35, which just amazes me because I always thought that 35 was "old." It seems quite young to me now?

I'm hitting the big 4-0 in a couple of weeks. I've kind of felt like I was forty for a long time because so many of my friends are forty...but then again, I can't believe I'm turning forty!

I went to an aerobics class the other day, and I thought "wow, gone are the days of the babe aerobics teachers" there was a woman in her forties, a little heavy...I looked around at all the middle aged women in the class. Then I glanced in the mirror. Reality check! Wow, time just flies by. Sigh....

About 110 some days and others about 25.
I often marvel that I am my age and have been married as long as I have..how did that happen when I am really only 25??

I'm 30. Somedays I feel 100 and others I feel 20...usually depends on what I am trying to do!

I'm going on 48 and I NEVER feel like I'm that old.. but more like 27 or at the most 32... no older though! LOL I guess it's good that I feel younger than older... except when my back is bothering me. :)

just turned 33, but for the most part feel much younger. I decided the year I turned 21 was a pretty good year, no major crisis to deal with, met dh; I think I'll just stay there. My achey bones sometimes disagree. Especially on those cold, damp rainy days.

I'm 31, and I haven't given much thought to how old I feel. How I feel seems to largely correlate with my level of activity and diet. The only thing that makes me feel a little old is that one of my knees has been hurting. People start to say "You are running and 30, sounds like cartilage problems b/c of your age." So, that makes me feel a bit old.

Everybody says that they think I am older then I am and always have. Dw is 4 years older then me and our neighors that we hang out with are 4-9 years older then I am. Maybe it is that high level of maturity I've always had? :biglaugh:

I think kids really make you feel like you have made a rite of passage.

One of the biggest events at Indiana University is a little bike Race called the "Little 500." The movie Breaking Away is based on the event. Anyway, it is I.U.'s version of Spring Break, Mardi Gras... whatever you want to call it. A week of non-stop partying!

Anyway, I remember when we lived in Bloomington and it was Little 5 weekend and I was taking my kids to the Mall to meet Tigger! It was one of those defining moments where I said, "Hello Adult world!"

I will be 36 in August and yet most days I feel like I am about 28. I think thats a nice age and I am going to stay there. :)

I'm 33 and I guess that's about how old I feel. Sometimes I feel older, I usually do not feel much younger. When I see people in their twenties with no kids, just finishing college I feel much older than I am. That part of my life seems so long ago. The only thing I really miss about that age is being able to go where ever I wanted whenever I wanted. Now if I want to go somewhere it takes a month of planning with a college degree in management to get everything taken care of. :)

I'm 43 and I guess that's how I feel. And things are starting to fall apart. I hate that. Right now though I feel about 60. My hips and legs are killing me because I've been pretty lazy all week. Two days in a row I sat and read all day. That's why my hips are hurting - no circulation.

You know you are getting old when you're older that your dad's cardiac surgeon. And that was 10 years ago.

I'm 33 and ususally feel like (and act like....) I'm still 25 or so. I've got a lot of friends that range in age from 19 to 40-something (dh included).

I feel pretty good about my age until I see these 'youngsters' :) out and about with babies!! I think to myself, "gosh, they must be about 15!!" But then it hits me, duh - you're in your 30's now - you're not the baby anymore. :)

LOL! I'm really only 35 byt you know how it is when your kids ask you if they had color TV when you were young and if cars were invented when we were small.
I just remember if my feet hit the floor in the morning
I'm doing GOOD! Take care guys, do something to make you feel like a kid again color with your kids, stay up late and have a slumber party with just the girls, eat candy till you make yourself sick, JUST ENJOY YOUR LIVES!!!!!!!!

MM! Sheryl, you hit the nail on the head ! I'm 33 too , I feel young and tend to think I'm young, until I see a shapey, youngER girl and realize that I'm OLD!!! lol It's worse here. These Puerto Rican girls hit their prime around 15-16.

Oddly enough, last week I was leaving the university with a classmate. She's 51 (not a wrinkle on her, she swears by Avon Anew products (I stocked up now)). We were both in jeans, tank tops and sun glasses, a car load of young boy drove by and were catcalling us. We just looked at each other and started laughing. Aparently WE still have IT!!! lol ßß!

One night dd and I were taking our nightly walk. She's only 16 and of course... I'm OLD. LOL This car full of young guy's pulls up behind us and they start in with the catcalling... One asks us if we wanted a ride... we turn around and they suddenly realize that I wasn't a young girl, but a mom. I was SO embarrassed and I know that they were too. LOL Dd laughed her butt off and thought it was hilarious. She went home and told her dad that these young guy's had just tried to pick mom up... so I guess from beind I still must look okay. LOL That and I'm sure the next time these young dudes decide to pull up behind somebody and ask them if they want a ride... they'll drive by first to see exactly what's in store for them. :)

Well usually I feel like mid-20's. Some days are older but today I turn 30 and feel much older. It probably has something to do with dh comming in this AM and saying something about starting a new decade! grr! LOL
