It's funny, but I really easily lose track of time. I was thinking the other day regarding the many years my lovely wife angier has called this place home. I mean... it has been quite a few years now eh?

It's been just over 10 years for me too (almost 11). Ds was just about to turn 1 and he'll be 12 in Nov. Also, I have moved 5 times since I have been posting.

I remember the old format. One day I came to check in...and had to re-register/log in...and we were all commenting about how different the format was. I wonder if we search WAY back...we could probably find those posts. Didn't there used to be a way to access the REALLY old posts?? I think someone posted that once, and I checked back to find my very first post.

I got the link from a friend in a 'baby/parenting' class when our boys were wee. Ds is 10. if I had to guess I'd say it's been right around 9 yrs for me??

I came in 1998. I had to find interesting things for dd to do since I just had ds. Oh, the memories! LOL It is hard to believe I have been here that long though!

I think we had access to the old board at one time. Jeff used to have it. I don't think it is active anymore. I wonder if David can still look at them.

I found "The Idea Box" through a pamphlet I received in the mail from Social Services for Day Care Providers. They had a good review (5 stars) and so I thought I'd check em out... and I've been coming here ever since.

I think I found this place in April or May of 1999 (we'd just moved here).

It has been wild at times. I guess what I always remember is the suspicion that the 3 Lindas on here were all the same person!

Leigh... There was absolutely nothing wrong with what you posted... and I'm really sorry if I came across sounding b!tchy. (I didn't mean to :) ) If someone joined the IB after the new format was started in 2001, it would definitely show their original join date. :)
