Glad I refreshed before starting the morning thread. I'm glad you are through your audit Renee!

Dd#2 is home today with the croup which is apparently going around. The doctor gave her a one dose steroid for it in the office yesterday. She is feeling much better this morning.

Since I'm in the house for the day I guess I'll clean... not that I want too... :grimace:

Well it looks as if I found a remodeling/siding company to do my house. This guy shows up yesterday to give me a quote in his Lincoln Contintental and business clothes. I am thinking "I don't even want a quote from him. He is going to come in at an outrageous price". He was actually president of the corporation. After warning him of possibly being called a Schiester by dh (he was giving a difference of opinion to what dh told me he wanted), he laughed his butt off. Come to find out he went to the same college as me and we knew a lot of the same people. This guy offered me an incredible deal and threw in a ton of extras. He even had the color siding I wanted.:thumb: I think I may need to go back to temping sooner rather than later....having this done in December, our trip to Belize in Feb and dd starting braces next month is going to hurt our savings! :bawling:

Yeah it's friday!

Just trying to get motivated. I did quite a bit around this apartment yesterday...looks pretty good. I slept well except weird dreams....but I should feel good today once I get moving. Oh and I just realized we have or new person starting today so maybe nap time will go easier with the extra person. :)

Deciding wether or not to get up to go tomorrow with dbf to practice...hummmmmmm it's so early.

Dishwasher isn't working the best and I have to rewash some dishes. Laundry to do before I head out later. Went to the fair last night, kids had a blast. Ds3 went today with the school to see the agriculture buildings and farm animals. I went, took a few pics of him had a quick look around. Might grill burgers for dinner. Then I'm off to the fair grounds to help our church at the dinner hall. Not sure if I mentioned it before but each year the town church's take turns supplying, making and cleaning up the meals that are sold in one of the dinning halls and get to keep the profits. Great money maker. Each church usually ends up with 3-5 thousand dollars profit. :) I'm going to go and help clean up tonight, dh is going tomorrow. The fair parade is tomorrow morning, I'm sure we will go to it as well. Not sure what's up the rest of the weekend. Have a good one all :)

Ahhh.... Happy Friday night. Worked, applied for two more school jobs, got an interview for an earlier application I put in (that's Monday), drove dance carpool, met dh for dinner @ Chipotle and now home to put on pjs, listen to the rain and sleeeeeep.

I saw that while I was channel surfing, but didn't stop....sorry it made you homesick..

DD and I fell asleep around 8:30 and then I was up again around 9:30 and put DD to bed....I was exhausted, the week had finally caught up with me.
