For those who work, I am sure you hate Mondays. But, for those who don't, it is like a Friday. LOL Finally, I feel I can crawl back to bed and read with nothing to do. Actually, I need to clean the downstairs, pay bills and mow the lawn and maybe steam clean the carpets, but hey!...maybe THEN I can go back to bed and read. :rolleyes:

dd has an ortho appointment before school. i have that 'check me out' interview at 10. gotta walk a dog for one of my clients at noon (on the dot, please! LOL) then come home and clean bathrooms.

Your right I'm hating this monday. I woke up fine but then of course dbf could not find things so I had to walk around and find them all for him (before my coffee). Ugh...men!

Well he's supposed..put in the first off on the house today :yippee: I know it will not be accepted because he's low balling it...but it's a start. Maybe I'll get shocked and they will accept it. oh well I refuse to get my hopes up.

bright sunny day here. Gonna veg here a bit then get moving so I have some energy today.

Made the bed/coffee... am already working on the laundry, but I probably won't get that done before I get Sarah at 11:00. The rest of the day will be spent playing with her. I'm working on the invitations for our annual neighborhood block party that my neighbor and I always host. It's late this year because of all the road construction (it's usually held in the middle of the cul de sac) so I'm hoping it won't be too cold that night. If so, we'll probably end up bringing our fire pit out. :) Not much else. I hope you all have a great day!!

Ok I'm having a bonus day so far...

First the house just dropped price slightly.

Then I called The gym I want to join....and they are having a special of only $25 start up and $40 a month. for 12 months. Includes all and 7 personal trainer session.

I also just got them to lower my interest rates on my card.

Ok so is the sky gonna fall now...LOL

Well, dd#2 had a dental appointment this morning. I dropped her at school after, came home, and realized I have nothing else on my calendar today. So, I've been sitting and playing Sudoku on my dd's Nintendo DS. How is that for a fun day!!! Dinner is in the crockpot and I am doing 3 loads of laundry so it's not totally a do nothing day.

Not a whole lot happening here today. Dh got a new job that he starts tomorrow.... not the one we were hoping for, but more hours, so better pay....

I didn't do much today.... dh watched ds so I went to town for a while by myself.... wound up buying dh a shirt, and me some pony tail holders.... I was going to get ds a t-ball set (Says 18 months and up) to put away for Christmas, but I am hoping that the price will go down more. If it doesn't or someone else buys them, it won't be the end of the world.

My mom cooked supper tonight, but I do have to make sure that dh has clothes to wear tomorrow.

I SOO hate Mondays!! I really envy those of you that not only get to stay home, but all your kids are in school so you have your house to yourself. That never happens here!! Somedays I need that ME/ALONE time or I just get cranky!

Busy day today. We had preschool. Our 2 yr. old turned 3 today but he's special needs so he's still a big challenge. I just hope when mom gets him tested next month we'll have some answers. They think he's autistic.

Tried cleaning the living room tonight, but I constantly trip over or run into someone in the process. I just need everyone to leave the house so I can accomplish something.

I'm ready for Friday!

My new boss at Hallmark is a nut bag, she can't even figure out the scheduling!!!! I'm ready to offer the owner that I'd do it, for like, an extra $2/hour. It's not rocket science!!
My new boss at preschool is trying hard, but things aren't going smoothly and it's not entirely her fault.

I had an interview at an elementary school today and this position, I'd want! maybe I'll get it and end my new boss blues. LOL

Dd had dance tonight and came home with girl problems. Seems three of the girls in the carpool are getting together to do something and leaving her and another girl out "do you have any idea how that makes me feel, mom?!" "uh yeah, honey I do...." :(

Mondays are a rush, rush night and I hate them!! I'm so wound up after working tonight and seeing the shape of things to come with this new boss, that I can't even settle down to go to bed. ARGH!!

(((Jen))) and (((Jen's dd))) growing up is tough.... I am so sorry that your dd is going through this. Are you carpooling with the same girl that did this last year or did you find someone new to carpool with? I know this isn't much consolation, and I know your dd won't find any in it at all, but at least they are leaving 2 of the girls out, so those 2 girls can hang out together, and both are not totally alone.... :(

I'm not going to make a deal of these girls getting together - if they do, they do... heck, dd has invited some of her girlfriends to the beach house and not others, she's really no worse, except that she doesn't discuss it in front of anyone else.

We're in the same carpool but it's expanded to all 5 girls on this side of town, so it will work better hopefully. And we've designated a meetnig place for pick up AND drop off, since all those individual stops would add about 45 more mins. to the time getting home.

Enough about them.
