Dd's request: rotisserie chicken, cabbage and mashed potatoes. I made a chocolate marble cake to celebrate. YUM!

Sometimes we will boil them on the stove and then put them on the grill if we think they are going to be really tough, but usually we just put them on the grill and then turn them every 5-10 minutes. When they are almost done, we start putting a light coat of barbeque sauce on them after each turn. They come out really good. Oh yeah, I put salt and pepper on them too.

Speaking of turkey, we are on day 4 of turkey leftovers, lol.
Yep--I made another new recipe! This one was called delicious chicken. You dip the chicken breast in sauteed butter and garlic, coat it with a mixture of bread crumbs, parm cheese, cheddar cheese, spices and bake in oven. It was really good, but decadent.

this was lazy. i just dumped a box of Zatarin's jambalaya rice mix in the bottom of the crockpot, stirred it with some cream of mushroom soup. tossed in some frozen chicken, and then poured 2 cups of chicken broth over it. cooked on high for about 5 hours and then put down to low for the last 2.

I've seen zatarin's commercials and wondered if they were any good but haven't seen it in the store yet.
sounds good, i'll look for the box and try it sometime. thanks.
Zatarins is great! I use alot of their spices too. They are truly a New Orleans company.
