fish recipes

I need some help! My DH went fishing this weekend and caught a 250 pound halibut! Now what do I do with all the fish? I personally don't like fish, but I'll cook it and will even taste it (maybe I'll find a way that I do like it). I got some recipes from a few websites, just wondered if any of you had any recipes that you really liked. Thanks!

I think this is really yummy;

Chop some broccoli, sautee it in a big pan
Chop a tomato, add it to the pan, sautee
Chop up an onion, ditto.
Add Italian spices (anything you might add to spaghetti sauce) and simmer until just tender
Lay the fish (any white fish will work) in serving size pieces on top of the vegies, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, cover and cook until fish is done (approx 5-10 minutes, however you like it cooked)

It is so simple, and really tastes great!
