What's for dinner?

Tonight I am going to have the kids try taco's and chicken fajitas. They love chicken wings so I will put some of those on too. They have always turned their noses up at stuff like tacos but they like nachos and dh and I were trying to tell them how much they would like tacos so tonight that's dinner. :)

I took pork chops out, so I might do them in the oven with a cream soup and a homemade stuffing crust.

They have never cared for anything mixed or tomatoes so they have always turned their noses up. I think they are finally looking forward to having them. Ds3 won't be a problem, he's open to anything as long as the others keep opinions to themselves. :)

I would always notice that with my day care kids... ONE child could say something or turn their nose up at something, and the rest of them would follow their lead. LOL Use to tick me off... :lol: I made the rule that there would be no faces or comments made... and everyone was always a lot more willing to eat what was put in front of them.

It was great! Double the sauce recipe though. I added red pepper, ****ake mushrooms with the brocolli. I also added a lid to the food for 5 extra minutes to help steam the veggies.

I'm glad you liked it. I'm going to have to try to remember this recipe the next time I want to make something different... :) I'm still wanting to try out that brisket too.
