Happy New Year!!

I'm not sure what made me check the forums today but I saw this post and decided I'd better check in.
I checked in on my birthday? Guess I don't remember it.

Things are busy here--what else is new??
Let's see what's been going on ...
* Ds #1's car broke down--blew a head gasket and then found a cracked head. He's been without a car most of December
* The kids are always on the computer so I only get on long enough to do lesson plans, print invoices, figure the checkbook, and submit Avon orders (dh only gets it if he gets up an hour and a half early )
*Work is frustrating, however we're bursting at the seams we've been so full (and people have actually started paying me!!!)
*We have a special needs kid who started medicine but we don't see much improvement. Mom seems upset with us when we tell her the problems he's had.
*My longest employee took on a part time job at the post office. She's cranky and stressed because she doesn't get much time off. She took off all of Christmas break to do mail route and barely gave me 2 wks notice.
*On the bright side, for my birthday I got an under the cabinet radio/cd player and a satellite DVR for the bedroom. With my Christmas money I got a DVD recorder/VCR combo so I can transfer all my home movies to DVD.

I feel like a broken record saying that I'm so busy. I rarely have time to read all the posts so I feel bad posting w/0 reading.

Sounds like life has you by the tail right now, but in a pretty good way! :) Glad to hear work is booming and I bet you're enjoying that DVD,R, whatever it is you got. LOL I'm too old to figure any of that stuff out anymore. :)
