View Full Version : Urgent prayer request
A family from our church was in an accident in their RV today. Please pray for Bill, Julie, Larina (14), Billy (17) and Karianne (9). The youngest daughter, Karianne had to be air lifted to the Trauma Center while the rest of the family is in a local hospital a few hours away. Karianne went through the windshield. I can't imagine what Bill and Julie are going through, knowing that their daughter is so far away and they can't be with her. :0( Please pray for miracles. I'm not sure of the extent of anyone's injuries but will post updates as I get more information.
How sad!! Sending up thoughts right now!

Prayer's have been said... Please keep us updated on their condition. I can only imagine what the family must be going through not being able to be there with/for her. My heart goes out to them. Do you have any idea where the Trauma Center is that she got air lifted to? Please let me know if/when you find out. Thanks!!!

It's nothing short of a miracle! Karianne is awake, talking and for all intents and purposes okay. She was laying up in the RV bed over the cab and went through that window. They medi-vac-ed her for that reason. She went through the window and hit the pavement. She had more potential for serious internal injuries than the other family members. She got off with nothing more serious than scrapes, bumps and bruises!!!!!!
Bill (the father) wasn't with them but went up to be with Karianne in the hospital. The other three family members were released from their hospital and Bill is on his way to pick them up so they can all see Karianne. Thank you so much for your prayers!

:yippee: That is the BEST news!!! :yippee: I was thinking about her all day and wondering how she was doing. This is the first time I've been able to come and check the board. Thank you so much for the update.

I haven't checked the board for a few days. Praise God. The urgent prayers were answered right away.
:yippee: Everyone is now home from the hospital, including Karianne!!! The doctors are shaking their heads, not understanding why she is alive, let alone free of serious injuries. (Makes me laugh because apparently they've not figured in the hand of the Master Physician! ) Apparently she was asleep, wrapped in a blanket when she went through the window. Both of those factors helped! Larina was in church yesterday, limping, but in good spirits, and gave us all the update. :yippee:
