View Full Version : Wednesday
I have been spending my morning looking for replacement patio chair cushions. I had no idea they were so expensive and ugly. I could end up spending more for the replacement cushions than I did for the whole set 5 years ago. grrr...
Amy, I remember when dh and I were first getting patio furniture for our house in dallas. we actually had to look at swatches! LOL WalMart here always has a wonderful selection.
my long day at work, then dd is in a school play that she says is awful! LOL i think they have only had one rehearsal...

Working out this morning, then back home to do some things. Picking up my nephew this afternoon and stopping in to set up a shirt sale for the schools. I also need to stock classrooms at church.
Is it ever beautiful outside, sunny and should top out at 80!

I still have to get out for my walk. I've got to pick my mom up for her 9:40 dr.'s appointment. I'm hoping there won't be a long wait. The last time we went there we had to wait almost an hour. (dr. has an intern) We'll probably "do lunch" and I'll hopefully have the rest of the day to myself.
I met our new neighbor last night. They seem like very nice people. They have a son, 7... who will fit into the neighborhood real well. (we have SOO many kids) They won't be moving in until the end of June though... so it will be empty for a while yet.
Going to the flower nursery to get an idea about what I want to plant this year. I may dig up/rearrange some of my hosta's. I'm kind of worried because I only see a few coming up... so am hoping they do. They came up last year, but never did get too big. I'd sure hate to have to replace them.
Not much else. I hope you all have a wonderful day!
:star: Morning all...up and getting this house ready to go...have some sleepy starters today (ok me too)
Meetings all day today at work
Home for a walk :wiggle: with DH and some dinner and family time.
Hope you all have a great day!

Sleepy start to the day here too. Need to clean and wash the kitchen floor. Heading out for a walk this afternoon, supposed to rain later. Had our last bowling of the year last night. Next week is the banquet at the casino. Dh has euchre tonight. Kids and I need a quiet, snuggle night.
Have a good day all :)

Morning everyone! Ds was up earlier than normal, so he is down for a nap. He went to bed earlier than normal last night too. So far, both of us are feeling much better. I have to head into town later, and work tonight, other than that not much planned. Have a great day everyone!

Ugh. Dd must be going to have another period soon; I've got the lower back pain (remember I had her cramps the last time??) today. Ouch!
Worked a short day today; administrative asst. day so the 5 of us in the office got a 2 hour lunch! We ate, then 4 of us had pedicures. Ahhhhh. I'd never been to this particular place, but I am SO going back!! The foot and leg massage was amazing and they have steamy towels for your calves.... omg!!
Gotta work tonight and get laundry done. Dh comes home for GOOD tomorrow! :yippee:

Isn't that weird? If dd's period is messed up, mine gets messed up. My cycle used to be 36 days, now it's 28! :bawling: Maybe when dd2 starts her cycles it'll lengthen again! Though the thought of all those raging hormones at one time... :nervous:
Was actually asleep when the alarm went off this morning, then rolled over and went back to sleep. Got up late, no time for coffee. Got to school and went to get a cup only to find a sign over the pot saying, "we need more coffee". Ended up with a killer headache by the end of the day.
Storms are beginning to roll in and I decided not to get out and go to church. Probably need to get off here shortly and shut down the computer.

When I spoke of it originally, a month ago, the first details were for him to be gone 6 months.
