11th Birthday ideas

ok, well my baby will be 11 on the 16th :bawling:

she has asked for a DVD and to spend the day with us.....well I actually got the day off already, but didn't tell dd and dh is looking into it...

I want to make the day easy and fun, thinking of heading to the OC Fair but I want her to feels a little extra special... any ideas Mommies?

How about having 11 balloons in her room when she wakes up?

I make my kid's birthday cake in the shape of their age...11 is an easy one! LOL

Go for an 11 minute walk when she wakes up....

Have an "11" put on her big toe during a pedicure.

Have your dh and ds and yourself list 11 great things about her. Hide 11 little trinkets around the house and give her clues as to where to find them. Make a homemade coupon book of 11 things that she likes to do (ie.. her choice of a movie one night, choosing the station in the car to listen to, choosing a restaurant, etc...)

DS just turned 11, but that doesn't help you with girl ideas. We just had kids over to swim - that was a blast for him. His party with his dad was going to Main Event for laser tag with a couple of friends. Does she like to bowl? Or, we have the Studio Movie Grills here. The kids love to eat in the theater. Sorry - not much help.

I found the cutest "girly" Tiara at the craft store....just a day with us, doing her favorite things.

We are going to surprise her Wednesday by both dh and I staying home, taking her out for her "Perfect Day" Plan Starbucks, window shopping and dinner out!
