I work out in the pool basically walking, stretching, stregthing, and toning. I did about 3 or 4 day this week. Please we've got this huge bucket of change to rool and it's adicitive.
My question is I've been sore about 2 days....Should I keep trying to go ever other day or evey day or give myself a break for a few days! It's mainly my shoulder that are sore.
TIA!
Do you know why you're sore? Is it a particular exercise you've been doing, or is it rolling the coins? If it's the coins I'd find a stretch that addresses the problem area and do that first, then maybe midway and again at the end. That way you're sure to keep your muscles loose. If it's just the general exercise in the pool, I'd keep shooting for every other day. Your body should adjust soon, I'd think. :)

Thanks Pam....I think I'm going to lighten up on the length of time I exercise... I loss track of the time yesterday but I think it was about 45 mins. Think I stick closer to 30 minutes. I also think I'll try to lay off the coin rolling for a few days. :)

They suggest to alternate your work out routine, so every other day would be good
Walking, stretching one day - Strength training and toning the other..
I think the rolling of coins can be the source of your pain combined with the workout.

I'm eating a Klondike bar, so I think it would be nervy of me to try to make suggestions right now. ;) And I have no clue what "rolling the coins" is...is that an exercise?
Perhaps I should get back to the gym myself. :\

It's because I sat there usually on the floor for hours at a time. It's like anything else...if you do it too long you get sore.

I'd say about 5 years!
I'd say about 5 years!
Still. That's $25 a month in change. My Mom has given all the guys banks from Avon that count the change as you put it in there. Problem is, we use our debit cards for everything and rarely have cash unless we're handing it out to kids!

I don't use alot of cash....dbf on the other hand must always break a bill...comes home with a pocket full of change. That then falls on the floor....Then we would pick it up and throw it in the bottom desk draw.
He also had a habit of getting like $5.00 in quarter to play pool and only using $2. Hence the ton of quarters!

Aha! So you should use the money to buy a pool table (no, your dbf did not pay me to post that :) ).

Holy cow! That's a lot of coins! I'm still so surprised that a bank wouldn't put them through a coin counter for you.

We have coin counting machines in grocery stores here. Maybe you can check your grocery stores for them, Vea?
