Ok Ladies, how are we doing?

I have been consistent with my walking, and eating less....not moving the scale as quickly as I would like but I am moving it.

Man I wish I had more time to dedicate to the care and keeping of me.

I'm gaining weight at such an alarming rate I'm going to have to wrap myself in a sheet because none of my clothes fit. Haven't been to the gym in weeks.

oh if I could work part time, I like to think I would have time to workout wonder if that is wishful thinking?

I am keeping my same weight, but I am definitely not toned like the summer. What is freaking me out is the new appetite I just acquired.:bawling: I don't know if its the cooler weather or shorter days, but I am back to feeling really munchy from 12-4pm. I have this feeling it will only be a matter of time before weight creeps back on, unless I can figure out and squash it.

I don't know if more time in the day will cause you to work out more. You will be amazed on how many other useless things you can do to fill up your time. LOL I am grateful that I do have more opportunity and I do love to walk/run in this weather, but getting dressed and to the trail is the hard part. ;)

Yeah, I think its just something I tell myself...when I was a SAHM I did walk with the dog more, but I wasn't strict with a WORKOUT routine...LOL..guess I am romanticizing having free time..

Well since they had said they couldn't offer me less hours, because they couldn't hire someone to work The other 3 hours, I told them I wouldn't be able to stay. Physically it's killing me. I told them I would stay a little bit until they find someone....but they haven't even barely looked....so I'm I think I need to give an offical notice. This is killing me.

I think I'm gonna do alittle of this, alittle of that until I figure out totally what I want.

You are a funny girl!! lol

Zumba is movement on the floor, some dance patterns and some of it uses the hips a lot. Zumba fuses latin music with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that is fun!

I'm actually doing.... okay, but just okay... not fantastic. I'd like to lose another 7 or so pounds, which would normally come off pretty easy IF I'd only take the time to exercise. Been so busy, and then when I do have the time I just want to sit/relax and enjoy the time I have. (and to me exercising is not enjoyable... ;) ) I get out for a walk now and again, but I'm not as consistent as I use to be when I'd walk anywhere between 3 and 5 miles a day. 8o This post is a good reminder to me what I need/have to do... and do it. ;)

I've got a bit of a gut... and I hate it. It's not awful, probably not even noticeable (I hope  ) but it just bothers me. I don't get it though because it's not like I'm eating a lot... just probably not getting as much exercise as I use to get. (when I didn't work at the office ;) ) I think I sit a lot more than I use to.

Glad to hear that you're still moving the scale in the right direction, Renee... :thumb:

I was thinking about this today....although I cut down on alot....I would not say I'm dieting. I have abot 3 week until I go for the bloodwork again. Hope it's really going to go down.

I can't diet....never could. A few week is all I can do.
