The impossible happened. My neighbor is getting power of attorney for that store tomorrow!!:nervous: :nervous: He has over 100k in inventory and the first thing I need to do is call his suppliers and see what they will buy back. He is behind in rent, utilities and loans up the whazoo. My wage will come after we get the bare necessities paid off (rent and utilities). We need to liquidate fast and run for the hills because the creditors will be swarming.

Im kinda freakin out here, but excited how this is going to play out. Dh will have leave for the month of August, so he will be doing wife duties!
Ps. How much would you charge for doing this? Im in charge of everything from administrative to accounting to sales. I don't want to get ripped off. Should I take a percentage (20% of sales) or get hourly pay?
