Good morning. I am thankful that the week is coming to an end!! In 11 hours the center will be closed. I can get through anything for 11 hours....right??

I am so glad its Friday too. Now that I am a 'working person', I like the weekends now. I will most likely be spending it food shopping, baking and cleaning though.

I too am very happy that today is Friday. It's been a looong week!! :grimace:

Dawn is dropping Sarah off at 12:00, don't know yet what time James will be picking her up. Dh/my night out by ourselves tonight... seems sooo long since we had a Friday night to ourselves. I don't know where were going yet, then to Wal*Mart to pick up a few necessities, then back home. I've got some house work to catch up on... treadmill to get up on, otherwise... nothing great.

i am almost finished christmas shopping!
you will love this Amy, I am at Kohl's yesterday. They are having a promotion for every $50 you spend you get a $10 coupon to use next week. after i realized that, i took back one of the pair of dockers i got dh, got my credit for that and will go back next week and buy them for free! LOL
then i was walking through Macy's to get dd a scarf for a stocking stuff. saw that they were advertising their Coach tennis shoes on sale. ($150 regular and no way i would spend that!!). Most of them are marked down to $70, not bad but still too much. i turn over a darling pair of purple ones and they have a sale sticker on it that says $50. no other pair has that sticker. i think well, maybe cause they are purple. i also have a coupon for 20% off. hmmmm
i decide to get them. i go to pay at the register and it rings up $70. i say no and go get the floor shoe and show them the sales sticker. well, they quickly pull the shoe but honor the price! so i got $150 shoes for $40!!!!

dd doesn't feel good about her tryouts. we will find out tomorrow at 9.

Brichard goes into work later today. It'll be nice to have some time together after the kids are off on the bus. I hope to finish up all the spirit wear for 2 schools today. I also need to wrap presents and figure out what "stuffers" I still need to buy.

ooooh, Ann, I love deals like that. I get very excited over sales. Can't help it, like Amy, it's a rush.
I have a list of things I would like to go and pick up this weekend for Christmas shopping. Tomorrow is the Santa lunch and then tomorrow night we have a party to go to. In between not sure what is going on, maybe napping. lol I may take off by myself this afternoon to get some of it done. And I have a ton of donation items to drop off too. Found a bin in the crawl space that had 20 scarves and a couple of light rain jackets/win breaker kind of coats. Plus there are sweaters dh won't touch that are in another bin. Emailed a friend who was priest here last year since he works downtown at the mission. Hope we can meet up for coffee and he can take it since I won't be anywhere near that area soon. Busy weekend but with others around to watch the little ones, I should be able to accomplish plenty, ds4 cannot be trusted with the tree or decorations.

geez. here, if you earn kohls cash and return what you bought that qualified you to get the kohls cash, they ask for the kohls cash back! it happened to me!

awesome deal on the shoes!!

i scored a queen size, electric mattress pad at kohls tonight - originally 137, marked down to 55 and got an extra 15% off so i only paid like 49 bucks!

i also found CONVERSE FOR $19!!!! found a pair a couple of weeks ago @ TJMaxx (light peach, lowtops) and tonight found pink and brown hightops. LOL!
gotta love that deal!

Crazy Friday, BUSY all Day! after work, I picked up dh and headed to SUPER WAL MART, and did the Food Shopping for the next two weeks....CRAZY...didn't get home until 8:30 PM...I am beat...everyone is in PJ's and watching tv, I washed my face,and am stealing some alone time :)
