Here are some basic rules for your signature. Keep in mind, these may have to change if the message boards get overloaded, but I'm sure this will also be fine for now :)
The Signature area in the control panel will only allow you to upload one picture to your sig. However, you can host photos or other graphics elsewhere and link to them through an image link. Edit your signature through the User CP and there is an image button you can click to add a pic.
You can have one picture 200 x 100 (or a combination of pictures equaling this size). If it's a little bigger that's no problem.
If you have a picture, you can have up to 2 lines of writing, or if no picture = 5 lines.
If you are adding a website to your siggy line, Please do not use leading titles such as " Wow! Take a Look at This!" or "Check out how to make money at home!"
You can use the company title and the url.
Small blinkies are allowed --the maximum is two in addition to a signature picture HOWEVER, if you want to have blinkies and a signature picture, please try not to use a bunch of text. It can get very long and make posts difficult to get through.
Also, please do NOT include your email address in your siggy line! That's for your own privacy and safety. If someone wants your email they can ask you in a Private Message.
