Summer Homeschooling

Both of my children attend public schools but during their summer vacations, we do summer school. They continue to read and practice writing and work on the computer. I also make sure that we go on field trips! YAY!

Does anyone else do this?

Nope sorry, I am not a teacher or maybe I should say by now my kids have way surpassed me on school subjects ... one reason I could never see myself as a home schooler I feel I lack and the kids would be the ones to miss out.
A good idea though even if it was only a few hours each week and the field trips I guess are making the most of our holiday time
