How do you take care of "you"?

Many of us are so busy taking care of others by being a parent, a wife, a grandparent, an employee..etc -- what do you do to take care of yourself? Do you pamper yourself once in a while?

I don't really pamper myself...with everything that has happened this past year and hubby's accident I haven't really had much time to do any pampering of any kind...

I take care of myself by eating healthy, getting enough sleep, taking a vitamin and having me time everyday.

Somtimes, I will soak in the tub with just a candle buring, lights are turned off. Very relaxing.

i sometimes just got to get outside away from everything inside. That helps me sometimes just to see the sunshine and breath fresh air.
