Is it hot or is it just Me???

Hi am I new here. I moved from TX to MS in Oct 2000 so it is my first summer here and I thought TX was hot...boy was I wrong LOL and to top it off our A/c has been acting up. The man has come out to fix it4 times in the last 2 months and again today it is not working....I think I am about to go look up online how to fix it myslef LOL I think i could do a better job than he has. Look forward to chatting with you guys!!

Whoever (or is it whomever?) said "but it's a DRY heat" in regards to Arizona was definitely NOT anywhere near Arizona in monsoon season! :lol: So far our temps haven't hit the usual 110+ but it's been over 100 and the humidity is horrid. (GRIPE, GRIPE, GRIPE!) The only relief is hitting the ice rink in shorts!

We've actually had a pretty nice summer here so far..hasn't gotten to 100 yet.
I was in Biloxi over the weekend, and it was wonderful..only 47% humidity and around 90.

Welcome! Temps are supposed to be in the mid 90's here this week with a possibility of them reaching 100 in some areas. Definitely some hot & humid days, but we either stay in or hit the pool and eat lots of popsicles. :D

For some of you the weather we have right now would be your winter! It's been in the 60's so far the whole month of July. We've had quite a bit of rain too! I think it's been a little cooler than it should be I think it's normally in the high 60's and low 70's. I love it though. No heat and NO humidity! :)

We had some storms Friday with a cool front. Weekend was great. Temps from high 70's to low 80's and low humidity. Today we had clouds in the am with a brief shower then temps in high 90's and heat index about 106. Gotta love it - it's never boring.
