Wow school is about to start again

The summer goes by fast!! I have a daugther going into 1st grade...seems like she is growing up too fast. She is an only child. We are trying for another one now. She is 6 going on 16 LOL she acts so grow up, it is hard to let go. Anyway just wanted to come by and say hi...and share that...

Our kids start back in a month! I can NOT believe how fast summer went...I am not ready for them to go back to school!!
DS starts middle school and he is rather apprehensive about it. DD will be in 2nd and she thinks she's 16 too! LOL

My dks aren't school age yet, but dh is a teacher. He starts football practice mid-August and school starts right after Labor Day. It'll be here before I know it!! I have a niece who is almost three - somedays she acts like a mini-teenager, too. :D

We still have a while yet before school starts. DD starts 2nd grade on Sept. 4th and DS starts Kindergarten on the 10th. They are already so excited. I keep having to remind them that they still have a while to go!

We go back in a month too. I had a spec. ed. conference last week for an autistic boy I'll have. We take a short trip to Dallas at the end of the month. Then first of Aug. I start with workshops and getting my room in order.
