I'll also add my thanks for these sites. I already copied a few recipe's that sounded good. I'm usually not into making casserols... but some of these sounded pretty good and like something my family would really like. I hope you find some too Renee... Let me know which ones you tried/made. :)

I'm not sure if this is something that you might be interested in...but...here it goes... My mom used to make this and it was fast, easy, and DIFFERENT.
-Boil 2 cups of macaroni noodles (they come in boxes for $0.79 -$0.99)
-In skillet, brown 1 pound of hamburger meat
- strain macaroni and add to hamburger meat in skillet along with one jar of spegetti sauce, I like something that is seasoned really good (example: Rago, Robusto)
-Tear 4 to 5 slices of american cheese in half and cover most of the top hamburger/noodle/sauce mix. (tip: kraft american cheese works best, but any american cheese will do)
-Cover and simmer on low for 5 - 10 minutes (the time it takes to get the plates out, set the table, and get the glasses filled).
This is even better as a left over!!!
Let me know what you think!

Okay, so it's not good for Tee-ball night, but you may find this will come in handy on hectic school/work mornings!! It's oh-so yummy and great reheated!
1/4 cup margarine, melted
6 slices toast, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
8 large eggs
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
In a greased casserole dish, place bread cubes in a single layer and drizzle with the melted margarine. In separate bowl, beat eggs, add cheese, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Pour slowly over bread cubes. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes
Hope you enjoy! We do!!!
