Is the ideabox e-mail no longer working?

While we no longer support that email program and haven't since we acquired ownership of the site (it's run through everyone.net, which is an outside service company that the previous owner had) I have still forwarded this to my tech guy. I did receive an email last week from everyone.net regarding another person's email difficulties, so I will check in on it this issue again to see if there's anything that we can do to help. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just heard from tech support that they have entered the missing MX record that caused emails to stop coming in. He said it could take anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours for email to start coming in. Hopefully that does the trick.

Checked today and I had mail. Thanks. I had tried to contact someone about it and had no luck. Ended up creating a new account at gmail which I hated since I'd had the ideabox addy for so long. Back up and working. Not sure you had anything to do with it, but you relayed my problem. Thanks again.

Yes it was out tech guy that had to insert a piece of code. We had moved servers for the site and apparently that messed up the code. Glad it's working again.
