Foam masks

My son's B'day party will have a puppy theme. Has anyone seen any patterns for a puppy mask that a 6 yo can help make in foam or construction paper?

This is probably a hard one.

There was a whole puppy theme party in Family Fun magazine not too long ago. Their web site should have it...familyfun.com. This party theme didn't have a mask but more of a headband with felt ears. Painted faces really made it a darling idea. Good luck!
