I have a dilemma I am hoping someone can help me with. I am a teacher for a mother's day out program and I need some craft help. My group ranges in age from 2 mos. to 13 mos. We are required to have them doing something each day to show to their parents when they pick them up. I planned on doing something using their hands and feet and paint but that's all I can come up with. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for anything I could do with the children for a craft. Please help.

Howdy, And let me be the first to welcome you. I don't have any craft ideas for that age. That is very young. I just wanted to say hi!!
Good luck with your craft ideas..
Could they just finger paint? I don't want to see the teacher's work and that's what alot of those crafts are that come home! LOL Do parents really expect their TWO MONTH old to come home with a craft???? wow!

That is a young age. Maybe you could take a polaroid pic of each kid and make a magnet for the fridge. You could also collect small plastic bottles, (like water bottles) and fill them with beans, and maybe strips of foil or anything shiny. Glue the tops on. Then it would be like rattles. Or, you could put finger paint in zip loc baggies and let them "mush" around on the bags. They could take those home. Babies always like looking at other babies, maybe you could cut pictures of babies from magazines, glue them to small cards or paper and laminate them.
Good luck!
