I would like to recommend "ESL Through Music" at
http://www.research/music.htm
It contains excellent resources not just for ESL teachers, but for anyone who uses music as a tool for teaching. Included is an extensive list of annotated links to web sites containing the lyrics of thousands of songs both for children and for the general public and access to hundreds of clip art graphics - instruments, notes, symbols, musicians, etc And, of course, as the title of the web page suggests, it also contains resources especially useful for ESL/EFL teachers who choose to use music as a tool to teach English. Also included are two pages of annotated links for teachers of French as a second language: Enseigner
le français langue seconde Ã* l'aide de la musique - http://caslt.org/research/musicf.htm. Again these links provide access to clipart, lyrics, learning activities and teaching tips. I believe you would find this site well worth exploring.
