a new teacher transition smoothly from one subject to
another please share with me.

Tell us more about your situation. :) Are the children going off task when you ask them to start a new activity? Do you feel unprepared during these times? Are you looking for little games to play? Songs? I like to use a set of Brain Quest cards to dismiss the children to line up. The kids love the questions...and it keeps everyone's attention.
