Trying to be "Visable" again...

For the past few week's I've been trying to make myself "visable" again but every time I try to change the settings it won't SAVE. I get a blank white screen... and nothing else happens. Is there some way you can make the change for me and make it stick? Anything you can do... I'd certainly appreciate it. Thanks!!!
