View Full Version : a meal that everyone ate FINALLY
this is not a recipe, but I wanted to share something that every one of my picky eaters actually ate last night....we did Feticini alfredo.....steamed carrots....salad....and sliced pineapple for dessert....and my whole entire family ate everything and some even asked for more.....I just used a alfredo package from Knorr.....no meat added since we have the vegatrian here....but most of you could throw in chicken with it too....it was easy and I felt great that finally the entire family ate a whole meal with out crying and whinning....YIPPEE

It's SUCH of a good feeling when you can finally find something that everyone will eat. When my kids were younger it was almost impossible... one of them always had to pick out and complain about SOMETHING... LOL Now that they are much older they are MUCH more willing to try it and they know that if they don't like it... then they'll have to go out and make/buy something else for themselves. I REFUSE to let them make any negative comments about the food though... After I've gone through all of the time/trouble of making something I don't feel that I should have to listen to a bunch of complaining about it. :) I'm glad you found something they all liked and I hope that the next time you make it... they'll STILL like it. (They change their minds SO quickly) LOL

:yippee: Isn't it wonderful to have everyone eat supper with no complaints?? :yippee: My dks are generally pretty good eaters. Last week though two nights in a row oldest ds was telling me what I made was yucky. :tearhair: Not sure what was up because they are things he has eaten and liked before. He loves fettucini and I haven't made it in a while, so I'll have to do that this week. :)
