two great things happened today to me.....one thing was while getting the kids ready for school today...both of my kids told me that dh and I were better than TV....LOL...we didn't turn on the tube last night at all, instead we all got busy with books, and Uno for kids.....too funny that they would think we are better than tv.....guess I am doing ok then as a Mommy....:heart:
the second thing was...dh and I were sitting in the yard talking after the last bus picked up dd.....around noon sunning our bones in the warm sun...the UPS guy pulled up and handed dh a package...no biggy...dh looked at me and handed to me and told me this was for me....... because he loves me and wanted me to open this gift now.... :heart: well its a sterling silver heart, mothers pendant, from Lenox.......it has my birthstone and each childs floating around the heart....its beautiful....It is just what I wanted....and knowing that he remembered that I didn't want the mothers ring that is so popular....and remembering who I am and what I like....oh I am so touched...and feel really blessed to have him in my life....
