hi to all
i was wondering if you have forms in your centres that parents fill out before their child starts at the centre, that are questions about the child so u can know him or her better and cater for their needs better...eg,does your child sleep throgh the day, what are their interests etc.
If anyone has any other ideas on what to ask it would help alot as i have to design one
