LIght Problem

I am having many problems at the daycare I work at. First off, it is only one large room, with a ceiling about 15 feet high. we have 2 lights by the doors, which never turn out, because of the emergency exits. I was told i can drape materials over it. but what material do I use?? No fires :)


I cant even remmeber everything I need, but that is a start! thanks!
