Is there an easy way to teach a child to learn to count my 2's? My dd (second grade) needs to be about to count by 2's to 200. She can get to 100 very slowly (she gets to about 30 before she has a problem) and she get very frustrated. Someone give me a hint on how to make it easier on both of us!
