Hi,
I write a newsletter for teachers that is published
monthly and I am currently working on our December issue.
The focus of the issue will be how teachers present or
deal with holidays in your classrooms in a non-biased
manner. Or there may be some of your students who don't
celebrate holidays at all. How do you handle this
dilemma? We live in a area of the U.S. that is a huge
melting pot of cultures. What are some ways you approach
this task? If you would like to respond, please include
your name, where you are from and what grade level(s),
and/or specialty areas you teach. Thanks.
