Seperation...who leaves? the one who requests....

the seperation? or the other partner? I am not sure if this is a debate question...but in light of my nieces situation....he has filed for Legal Separation....or so I have been told the other day....who is supposed to leave....the one who requests this? or the other person...how does that figure...they both want the house....and children....so the leagality really isn't my question....but in your own opinion....who should leave?

I would think if YOUR the person filing...YOU LEAVE......JMHO....what is yours?

I "think" that whoever usually keeps/has the children is usually the one who stay's in the house. My brother in-law was cheating on my sister and she asked for the seperation/divorce and HE left... she stayed in the house and kept the kids. I couldn't imagine her having to be the one leaving the house... after all, he was the one who did the cheating. ???
