I just baked some slice and bake cookies on a stick for dd's fall school carnival. What I do is slice a thin cookie put a craft stick down then put another thin slice on top. They come out so cute and easy. I will wrap them in a baggie with orange curly ribbon.

Just wanted to share.

How did your cookies come out?? I did find it easier to slice thin and put the stick in then a thin slice on top. Tried to poke the stick into one time. And well that was a mess.

I bake them with the stick in it. Just be careful not to let the stick hang over the edge of the pan. This can be a lightening experience!! LOLOL

Yeap the fire alarm makes a great dinner bell!!

Wow... CUTE idea! I suppose they end up looking like a lillipop, but in cookie. LOL I was wondering what I could do with all of these extra craft sticks I have... now I know. I'm sure that my day care kids will LOVE these... Just a different way of serving/eating a cookie. :)

Diane...

Great idea. We love to make the slice and bake cookies, but I never thought of putting in a popsicle stick. Thanks :D
