I need to know how to backup my e-mail folders?? My husband wants to clean our computer, and he already deleted all of my business stuff I had in e-mail, and I got some information put back in, I just don't want that to happen again. So, does anyone know how to do this?

MM! Depending on which email program you're using, in Outlook you can save everything to a new folder on your hard drive, floppy drive or zip drive.
While the email is open click file, save as and then select the drive then folder where you want the emails saved. Use the drop down box to move around. It should open to the same location the next time you try to save another email.
Depending on how much email you get that you are interested in saving, you could just save to a file on your hard drive then in windows explorer, find that file and simply drag and drop it into the floppy or zip drive icon.
