Do you know of any inclusive resorts in Colorado, New Mexico or Wyoming that would have children's programs? We want to get away after Christmas and want to go some place that can entertain the kids all day long. I think dude ranches are out of our budget.

The Broadmore!!! :newwink:

Actually, when you cypher in all the expenses that are covered, sometimes the dude ranches work out about the same.

We are not looking to go for a week. Just a weekend. The Broadmoor is too haughty for us. LOL What are those family resorts called on islands that are all-inclusive? I want one of those within a 4-5 hour driving distance

Since I am totally bumping in here...LOL Are you going to want to ski? Most ski resorts will have ski school/day care for the kids during the day. I don't think there are any all inclusive ones in that area like they have down in the Carribean. Also, I am pretty sure that most of the dude ranches are closed in the winter time. Could be wrong.
Look into Crested Butte..I Club Med there. here is the link and they do offer packages without air

Hi there!!
I know last year there was an article in family fun mag about great family vacations. There were a couple in the mtns. I think Crested Butte and maybe Snowmass. These are resorts that include everything and have lots of activities for the kids.
If you want to take them skiing Winter Park has a great ski school that keeps them all day. The boys loved it!!
The only other place that comes to mind is Jackson Hole WY. I know they were mentioned in family fun too.
I will work on coming up with somemore. If I find something will you take me too???? :)
